Ausball & Skills Training On Sunday
It’s time to get outside and get fit! Ausball is a co-ed, non-contact version of the world’s greatest sport. It’s fast paced, fun, and low pressure. Designed to appeal to newcomers and returning veterans alike, there’s absolutely no experience necessary. it’s a great way to get fit, learn some new skills, and meet some great people. You can read up on it more if you like.
This marks the second year of our now annual Ausball league. The league will run on Sundays 2-4pm starting February 15th and culminating in a championship final on March 29th. We’ll begin each session with some instruction, rules reviews, fun drills, etc.
We’ll be playing at our usual grounds, Clinton Park at 5576 SE Division St (Parking lot is on Clinton, 1 Block West of 58th). We’ll also be heading to On Deck Sports Bar to relax and get to know everyone after the first game on the 15th of February, and again to crown our league champions on the 29th of March.
So come on out and have some fun while getting fit and learning something new!
