PAFL Starts April 26th, Training this Sunday

PAFL-Header
The PAFL season starts April 26th. The PAFL is our annual Portland Australian Football League competition. Four teams – the Brewers, Cascades, Loggers, and Ospreys – face off in nine regular season matches followed by a finals/playoff to determine the league champion. More information about the PAFL, including schedule can be found on our PAFL page. If you are interested in joining a team and haven’t already let us know, please email pafl@portlandfooty.com. If you think you might want to play but want to check things out first just come on out to any of our trainings. Check out our calendar for full training/match information. All you need to bring are some cleats and a willingness to learn.

Speaking of trainings, we’ll be having three preseason trainings starting the 5th of April. The trainings will be Sundays at Clinton Park (see map below) and will start at 3pm (NOTE THE NEW TIME). We recommend showing up a little early in order get ready and warmed up.

We’ll be training and playing at our usual grounds, Clinton Park at 5576 SE Division St (Parking lot is on Clinton, 1 Block West of 58th). We’ll frequently head to On Deck Sports Bar to relax and get to know everyone after the PAFL matches.

So come on out and have some fun while getting fit and learning something new!
