We hold co-ed practices every Tuesday evening and Sunday afternoon throughout the season, with the exception of the days we have Metro League games (check calendar for Metro League schedule).

Whether you are a veteran Aussie born with a footy in your hands or you have never heard of the sport before, you are welcome at any and all of our practices, events, and games. If you've never played Australian football, we'll work with you one-on-one to teach you the basic skills you'll need to be integrated into team drills once you feel ready.

Our practices are co-ed to ensure we have a sufficient number of players to run larger drills and game-like scenarios. When appropriate, we split up based on gender so that each of our teams can work on their respective team strategies and practice with matchups that more closely resemble what they'll face when playing other teams in the USAFL.

What to bring:

  • Athletic clothes that you don't mind getting a few grass stains on

  • Cleats (recommended, but running shoes are fine to start!)

  • Water

  • Sunblock

  • A friend who is also interested in playing!
